She is an Olah Chadasha, living in Jerusalem. She made Aliyah in December of 2022. Before her Aliyah to Israel, she had struggled with many self-destructive habits, and is still finding her way out of the darkness associated with it. Her father has a family and personal history of drug and alcohol abuse. For him, a program called Narcotics Anonymous helped him to gain and maintain a healthy and fulfilling life. She then decided to build a similar system (with the help of professionals) tailored to help people with issues less prioritized by the system to help each other (NOT INSTEAD OF PROFESSIONAL HELP, BUT WITH IT!). That system is Serenity. Her hope is that Serenity will grow, and flourish, helping as many people as possible.Â
